I discovered my passion for mentorship and coaching through my membership in the Entrepreneurs Organization. I'm now starting the next phase of professional journey by providing small business coaching and consulting. My goal is to help owners make the difficult journey from working in the business to working ON the business. I've taken the process I developed over the last five years to elevate out of the day to day in my own businesses and refined it into a program to help other owners. Its time to Elevate and grow together.

I created, and have revised the above mission and values over the years. By putting these thoughts into a clear format I can reference them as often as I need. When I face a difficult decision I reread the words. A personal mission and values is not always going to give you the answer, but I've found it can guide you in the right direction.
It's a long, fearful, uphill path through ownership and growth in a small business. I remember many lonely moments grinding on a project and wondering why I was still working at 10pm on a weekend. It's no surprise many owners burn out. I was on the brink and looking for the exit when my mentor walked me through the early steps of hiring and delegating. Many owners learned this lesson earlier in their journey, but still find the path out of the daily grind difficult to navigate. You need a guide, coach, and supporter who can lead you through the decisions and changes needed to reach the summit.
